    Bring empty shoe boxes for OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD. This is FCCLA Sponsored. You can help fill the boxes with small gifts for children at Christmas, by dropping off at Mrs. Romine’s room by October 31. You do not have to be a member of FCCLA to help.
    * Last minute chance to apply for the Voice of Democracy Competition. This is available to ALL STUDENTS grade 9-12 and requires an Audio Essay addressing Why Veterans are Important to our Nation's History and Future. Winners receive an all expense paid trip to Washington, D.C and the Grand Prize is a $30,000 Scholarship. This is due November 1st. Copies are available in the office or go to
    * OPPORTUNITY FOR JUNIORS! 50 Juniors from across Oklahoma are selected for Youth Leadership Oklahoma. The class will spend June 7-12, 2015 traveling to selected locations in Oklahoma to learn about and experience our state’s treasures, meet adult community and state leaders, and develop personal leadership skills. There is no charge for students to participate in the program and this would be a nice addition to your high school activities list for college application and scholarships. If you are interested in participating in this program, please see Mrs. Humbolt. Applications are due Tuesday, December 2nd.
    * Elementary/Intermediate Yearbooks on sale NOW for $35 until Dec 19th. Price goes up to $40 after Dec 19th.
    * Class Group Pictures for Elementary and Intermediate will be Tuesday, Nov 4th.
    * SCHOLARSHIPS that are due in October and November are posted on the board outside the office and information packets are available on the counter by Brooke. PLEASE come pick one up. There are several opportunities for you to research and determine if any are right for you.
    * Order your HS Yearbook NOW for $35.  After Nov 1, price goes up to $40.
    * Seniors - Dues are now $20. See Ms. Cable.
